Every audiobook, cover, description, logo, icon, graphic, and line of software you encounter through Publica One belongs to Publica One or to the publishers and creators we partner with. All of it is protected by international copyright law.

The audiobooks in your library are yours for personal, non-commercial listening. When you spend a credit to keep a title, it stays with you for good — but that license does not extend to redistribution. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or transmit any title without prior written permission
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the audio or its materials
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use any title for commercial purposes
• Share, lend, or transfer titles to other people

Publica One itself — its design, features, and functionality — is owned by Publica One and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Publica One name, logo, and related marks are our trademarks.

Our audiobook library of 500,000+ titles brings together work from publishers, authors, narrators, and distributors around the world. All of it is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and we respect the rights of everyone who makes that work possible.

Titles delivered through Publica One may be protected by digital rights management (DRM) technology. You agree not to circumvent, remove, or disable any DRM protection mechanism.

If you believe any title in our library infringes your copyright, reach out with the following information so we can act quickly:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The location of the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Publica One complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to our designated agent at copyright@publica.la.

If you post or submit content to the Service, you keep ownership of it — and you grant Publica One a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

We respect fair-use principles. Any use of a title must still comply with applicable copyright law and the terms of your subscription.
