Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Publica One ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the Service.

02

What Publica One is

Publica One is an audiobook subscription. Every month your plan grants you credits — one on most plans, two on Plus, unlimited on our top tier. You spend a credit to redeem any title from a library of more than 500,000 audiobooks.

A title you redeem is yours to keep forever. It stays in your library even if you later pause or cancel your subscription.

03

Your subscription

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account, and you keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually — whichever you choose.
  • All fees are charged in EUR unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • Unused monthly credits don't roll over unless your plan explicitly says so.
  • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
04

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

05

How you may use the content

Audiobooks and other content on the Service are licensed for your personal, non-commercial listening. To keep the library open to everyone, you agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any content.
  • Bypass or interfere with the measures that protect the catalog.
  • Use content for commercial or public-performance purposes.
  • Share your account or credits with people outside your household.
06

Intellectual property

Everything on the Service — recordings, text, artwork, logos, and software — belongs to Publica One or its publishing partners and is protected by copyright and other laws. Redeeming a title gives you a personal license to listen; it doesn't transfer ownership.

07

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, without prior notice where the breach is serious. Titles you've already redeemed stay yours to keep unless a court or the law requires otherwise.

08

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Publica One is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

09

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the revised version on this page and update the date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
