Publica One is a subscription service that provides access to audiobooks and ebooks. The Service allows you to stream content while your subscription is active.

3. Subscription Terms

Your subscription will continue until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, access to content will end at the end of your current billing period.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• All fees are charged in EUR unless otherwise stated
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Content Usage

Content available through the Service is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent security measures
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Share your account with others

6. Intellectual Property

All content available through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Publica One or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.

Publica One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
